Return & Refund Policy – La Belle Aurore

Due to the nature of our beauty products, all sales are final. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at labelleaurorebeauty@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement at no additional cost.

Lost Packages:
If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we offer a complimentary replacement item. Customers are responsible for a $15 shipping fee to resend the order.
