We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Time:
Shipping times may vary based on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
La Belle Aurore is not responsible for delays caused by carriers. However, if your package is confirmed lost in transit, we’ve got you covered.

We offer a complimentary replacement item for lost packages. Customers are only responsible for a $15 shipping fee to resend the order.

Incorrect Addresses:
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
